Playground Campaign

This campaign will create a vibrant, accessible outdoor park that is an extension of the Children’s Museum at Port Wonder. This free park is designed to bring families together and energize the lakefront area of Lake Charles with a space inspired by connection, creativity and joy!

The Children’s Museum playground exhibit at Port Wonder will be a fully inclusive play experience for children of all abilities. It will give everyone an equal opportunity to actively learn, discover, and play alongside siblings, parents, and friends.
