We strive to bring new and creative ways to provide fun
education to the kids of Southwest Louisiana. The proceeds from
our gift shop help fund these museum programs.

"Petit Lagniappe" combines the French word petit (small) with the Cajun French term lagniappe, meaning "a little something extra."

The Children's Museum of Southwest Louisiana owns and operates the Petit Lagniappe gift shop. Sales proceeds help to fund museum programs.

No! We are open to the public. No ticket purchase is required. You are welcome to shop without visiting the Children’s museum anytime. We are open the same hours as the museum.

Same as the museum: 9:30 a.m.-4:40 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday.
